Nokia Lumia Win8 More Maps?

I just bought a 520 and downloaded the regional maps. Then I tried to find out how to purchase maps for the rest of Europe. May be I am dim, but the various websites from Nokia, "Here" and MS just seem to link to each other without much sense. Even the "Shop" as far as I can tell has no links to a map product!
Somebody tell me I am stupid and I missed something please!
