Garmin Digital Traffic - A329(M)

I recently bought a Garmin Nuvi 3958 LMT-D. This has lifetime maps and their "new" Digital Traffic system which is apparently driven by Traffic Master who claim to cover all the major dual carriageways and motorways in the UK. Well, I think that is a load of TOSH.

For the last month, not one single time has it warned or re-routed me along the stretch of road from the Twin Bridges Roundabout in Bracknell to the Winnersh Triangle turn off the A329(M). Here's the section on Google maps --> https://www.google.co.uk/maps/dir/51.4132174,-0.76...

I have reported this to Garmin but so far I've had back the usual responses (firmware and map upgrades, check its all plugged in correctly blah blah blah).

Is anyone else using the Digital Traffic system on a newish Garmin and experiencing the same trouble?
