Aftermarket Head units - Android - double din

Morning all,
I don't venture in here very often, so sorry if this kind of thing has been discussed many times before.
I've got an 06 R32 with factory Nav (not sure of the model code, it's got a 6 CD changer in the arm rest if that helps).
The Nav is next to useless to be honest so I've ended up using Waze on my phone. Then I had a thought the other day, there must be some Android head units available that don't looks too silly. Off I go to look on ebay, it appears there are a few.
Does anyone have any experience with something like http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Car-Unit-Wifi-For-VW-PAS... ?
I think it looks OK (interior style wise).
