206 Porsche Cayenne retrofit sat nav????

Hi, I'm lookIng at buying a 2016 cayenne that doesn't not have sat nav installed. The dealer has said it is not possible to retro fit. Does anybody know if it is possible to retro fit either a Porsche unit or an equivalent model?
