Having fitted a Nextbase 312 dashcam in the front of my 2014 Galaxy using a hardwire kit, I came across a 212 at a bargain price. I bought it to fit in the back window.

It's currently plugged into the boot 12v outlet, but that is permanently live. Probably not a good idea if the car isn't used for a few days, so I'll get another hardwire kit, and connect it to the rear fuse box.

When I fitted the front camera, I found a few posts which all recommended the same fuse in the central fusebox to piggyback from. The camera stays powered for a few minutes after parking up, then switches off. Ideal.
I can't find any information about doing the same in the rear fusebox though.
Does anyone know which fuse in the rear fusebox has a switched or delayed switched supply?

I used a multimeter to check each fuse in the rear fuse box. Most of them were still live after 15 minutes, but the heated seat fuses were at zero volts a few seconds after the stop button was pressed, so I used one of those. All working as it should, although it did strike me as odd that those fuses were in my car, which doesn't have heated seats.....
