Help please. V40 2.0t 2004 Stereo Harness Cables

Hi all,

I've bought a Volvo V40 2.0t 2004, and have also bought a double din Alpine Stereo to fit into it. It has the Volvo HU1205 Satnav fitted with additional factory amplifier and subwoofer.

The ISO harness adapter that I bought is correct and the stereo works, but I don't have the correct adapter cables for the amp and subwoofer.

So.. Can anyone point me in the direction of where to buy the correct adaptor cables for the amp and sub?

Also, how do I connect the aerial?
