The XC70 will only get occasional use as such I need to keep it on a conditioner, anyone recommend one also is it straight onto the battery ? or + and earth / body.
For more than a year I have successfully trickle charged the battery on my XC60 through the trailer socket using a CTEK unit. This eases connection issues, leaving the car secure.
I have a tow bar elec socket - did you adapt a plug ?
