Ordered one two days ago through Amazon. Came home after work today to find it waiting on my desk. Brilliant. I'm going to be having some fun tomorrow.

Anyone else built one?

Well, I finished the build late last night, only to have run out of batteries. hehe

Something is bothering me with this. Is there no way to have the engine on and in motion for more than the 5 odd seconds it does something? There must be a modification?

Almost two years on and I still have it. Although it has now been relegated to the top of my cabinet shelf, closed away without the button having been pressed for a long time.

I may just take it apart and on the off chance that my kids seem interested in something like this, will rebuild it with them.

Can you get a proper miniature working model not made of plastic from anywhere?

Bit of a thread bump.

Are there any models smaller than this that are an actual working engine that can be built? I fancy having something petrol powered to put in the garage and tweak.
