Now that I've assembled a decent collection of RC cars to cover most bases, I'm keen to finish off the fleet with a brushless truck/buggy/truggy that is capable of some proper speed (and a nitro car but that's another thread!).

I like the idea of something that can do wheelies on demand, has a seriously quick top speed and can take a few lumps and jumps. I was originally thinking I'd be in Traxxas E-Maxx money, but the HPI E-Firestorm Flux has caught my eye. £250, RTR, 77mph top speed, water resistant electrics and only needs a battery to get up and running! What am I missing? The competition seems to be in the order of several hundred pounds more?!? My understanding was HPI was a good make with plenty of parts availability and backup. Seems rude not to, or am I missing something? Maybe even a suitable alternative? Confused.
