Best PC RC flight sim ?

Apologies if it's an old question..

There's a handful of flight sims out there and none of which appear particularly cheap.

Looking for a good / worthwhile sim that does fixed and rotary wing and also ideally has the models preloaded.

Recommendations please chaps.

Used for both learning and practise.

Im aware the real deal is clearly better, however, I want to get into 3d Heli stuff asap without trashing everything......

As well as fixed acro stuff....

Running before I can walk I know.....
