Lipo Battery Question

I just bought a new RC truck ( and loving it )
Currently using a Overlander 11.1V 3S - 25C 2700mAH battery.

I want another more powerful battery but there are literally 000's of different combinations

What am I looking for the higher 'C' rating, mAH rating or both?
