206 diesel best buy - 1.4, 1.6 or 2.0?

What's the best diesel-engined 206 - 1.4, 1.6 or 2.0?
Looking for reliability. Do they all have DMFs? Do they have DPFs? Any years to avoid?
I know 1.4 has cheaper tax, which is a bonus. Cheers.
