Battery for Bentley Turbo R key fob

Please can anyone tell me where I can get a new battery for my Bentley Turbo R key fob? Are they dear to buy? Are they difficult to change? Should I send it off to a Bentley dealership to get changed. I only ask, as I know replacing batteries in car key fobs can be difficult and expensive. Something to do with the code maybe? Any advice would be most welcome. Thank you!

Hello again BG. Never knew it was called a Plipper. You learn something everyday. My Turbo R is a 1990 on an H plate. I went to Halfords, they said they are not allowed to change batteries because of codes or messing stuff up inside the Plipper. I'm just scared of causing some damage doing it myself. But if you say it'll be ok to do, and you know your stuff, then I'll give it a go.

Thanks for that BG. Have purchased new batteries, but it seems like thats not the problem. Having changed both key fob batteries, neither fob would work, so it can't be a battery or fob problem. Standing by the car pushing the 'open door' on the key fob eventually worked, and with both fobs. Any idea what the cause may be? I walked around the car pushing both key fob 'open' buttons, and the car eventually opened when I stood by the offside rear wheel, if thats means anything. Looks like a problem with the central locking within the car itself. Any suggestions as to a possible cause would be much appreciated. Thank you!
