Open valve

Does anyone on where the vacuum pipe is to keep the valve open on a Bentley Continental

Have a look under the rear valance where the exhaust exits and you should see them. My pipes were simply disconnected from the silencers and blocked with suitable sized bolts by the previous owner. There is no need to do anything to the actual valve.
The valves then stay open and give a nicer exhaust note.
