MINI TLC Pack

I am off to look at another mini this weekend with the TLC pack which runs out in 2014. Dose the TLC pack just include servicing or is there any other goodies. Also with the TLC pack can I have the Mini serviced at any dealership.

Yep I have got a silver n/a but it dosent have red leather.
