Strange condensation ???

After driving my cooper s to work over the last couple of days, after leaving it in the car park and going back to it after my shift there has been condensation on the inside of my windows ??? I don't quite understand why? This may sound stupid to some people but is there a reason for this and how can I avoid it??

It is like someone has been doing the naughty in my car

My commute to work is only about 5 minutes as well.

It happened again yesterday. Not as bad. Going to try drive with the air con on for a couple of minutes to clear the air.
