Tyre Advice please

Am sick of the runflats on my 2010 Min Cooper S 205/45/17 so am in the market for a new set of tyres - anyone who has bought recently have any recommendations?

Priorities are ride comfort (runflats have been awful), longevity and quietness along with decent wet weather traction - would also be interested in hearing if there are any offers on at the moment too

So in the end i opted for MPS 3 and the car feels much better to run so far

Quick questions - as i no longer have run-flats nor have a spare tyre, what is the best thing to keep in the boot in case i get a flat?
