Mini Cooper S R56....Spark plug dilemma.

Putting together service items for my car MCS R56(N18), need some advice on spark plugs.

I am going to use NGK but unsure weather to go for laser platinum or laser iridium plugs.

The car is stock.

Plugs i am looking at
Platinum..PLZKBR7B8DG
Iridium..ILZKBR7B8DG

Can any owners give advice or opinions on which would be best suited?
