2013 Mini Coupe Cooper S automatic - any issues?

I'm thinking of buying one of these next week from an independent dealer. Are there any particular issues I need to be aware of or look out for? All advice greatly appreciated! It's 2 owners with about 30k miles.

Has to be an automatic and I'm definitely also looking at Approved Used at Mini dealers.

UPDATE!! Well we took the plunge and bought a Mini Roadster Cooper S (auto) for the wife. 2014 car with 13k miles on the clock and still 3 months of Manufacturers warranty remaining.

Silver/white, black stripes and black roof. It's a hoot to drive but I prefer the comfort (and quiet!) of my BMW 335i.

Now I can't take it to my usual local hand car wash place due to the bloody soft top!!

True! I'll try and convince the wife - she's a bit 'precious' about others washing her 'pride and joy'. I washed it myself last weekend and got a backache - so stuff that in the future!

Not sure why you wouldn't get it washed at your usual hand car wash - I simply ask them not to touch the convertible roof of mine, and they're always happy to oblige.

Any other Mini Coupe/ Roadster (Cooper S) owners on here? If so, have you had any issues with reliability?

Has the car since May and it's been faultless (16k miles on the clock at the mo), so am thinking about cancelling the monthly Mondial warranty but just wanted to check there aren't any potentially expensive problems around the corner!
