Mini Roadster - audio upgrade options?

Does anyone have any ideas as to an audio upgrade for the standard Mini roadster stereo (which is frankly a bit rubbish)? Mine doesn't have the Media pack unfortunately.

Any recommended car audio installers in/around London?
