Running Trainers

Hi

I try and run 2 or 3 miles every other day, however my old Nikes ( not for running ) are not only knackered but also aren't doing my knees and hips any favours due to their lack of support etc

Therefore I'm looking for a pair that will offer this, any recommendations would be very much appreciated.

I think I have a terrible gait, I'm sure the video will make great viewing ( for everybody else )
