Train involves driving to a station and then going up to London then back out again so have ruled that out.

Options seem to be:
  • Park somewhere vaguely nearby and get a tube/bus the rest of the way
  • Paying to use someone's driveway (seem to be a few sites dedicated to this)
Sounds like it can be a right scrum (excuse the pun) getting on a tube after the game. But then is traffic so terrible in the vicinity of the stadium, if so then don't want to be driving through hordes of people just to park up/leave!

Any recommendations folks?

There isn't a tube at Twickenham just the main station a few mins walk away.
Thanks Challo, that's what i meant!

I'll try the website you've suggested. Looks like they shut a lot of the roads in the vicinity on match day so need to find somewhere near enough to walk but far enough out not to get stuck.
