New Purchase - Turbo SE, it's been sat up for a while....

Just purchased a 1990 (I think) turbo SE, it's been sat up for approx 4 years. Still starts and moves no problem but obviously I'll need to give it a full service (then MOT) so what am I looking at:-

Cambelt
Aux belts,
Oil,
Oil Filter,
Air filter,
Coolant change,
(Brake fluid and caliper refurb has been done)
New tyres,
General oil and tidy up (drivers window doesn't run well).

Anything else?

Also don't suppose there's any Garages that could be recommended for this up my neck of the woods? I'm based in Montrose, Scotland.

Cheers, booked into Murray's now. Wanting to keep the book stamped so getting the service/belt done there. Beyond that I'm happy to spanner it myself.
