Hiya

Myself and partner have won tickets through the AA to go to the first day of the festival of speed which is brilliant as we have never been before biggrin

Now having never been before i've a couple of questions:

1. Is there a lot on on the first day? Like the hill climbing events, etc?

2. On the website it says about pre=ordering a programme that you pick up at the festival? Any ideas where on their website you can do this and how much are they?

3. Whats the price of any extra's like? i.e test drives, food, etc?

Sorry if there really simple questions but i'm really excited to go biggrin

Did initially look at going on the saturday when tickets were initially released but they seemd so expensive Hopefully It will be a good experience going on the Friday smile

Hope im not disappointed i mean i know its not the 'full fat' experience as such but would hope there was enough going on to keep me and partner entertained for a while lol

really? aww thats a shame then, as i said i won the tickets so the cost to me will be just the petrol driving down so if its not too good its not a big loss as I have most of my family down in littlehampton so wont be a total loss of a day if it turns out a little underwhelming smile

i'm sure it won't be underwhelming if you have never been before.. even the thursday is pretty good ..
Hope so smile If i find the Thursday good fun then i "may" fork out for the ticket prices for the Saturday/Sunday next year

Out of curiosity is there any Live streams of all the events at all or any youtube official videos that you can watch the hillclimbing events?
