Thorougbred Sunday Advice

Afternoon all,
I've got a pass for "Site Access" for Thorough Bred Sunday and having never been to a Breakfast Club was wondering if anyone had any advice... Specifically:
1) What time should I turn up at the gate, it just says before 8am... ?
2) any idea what "Site Access" means... and do I get a choice of where to park, or is it simply park where your told?
