Anyone else having problems ordering Goodwood FOS Tickets?

I've tried 3 times now, each time I press confirm to make the purchase, the screen just goes blank and it says "processing card". Nothing else happens, and if you later refresh the screen it just says the basket is empty.

Checking my "purchase history" shows nothing, not even previous events I've bought through the account.

Its a bit poor when you're trying to pay for £400 worth of tickets and you have no clue if you've ordered nothing, or 3x what you want!!

It needs to be my credit card as I don't want to stick £400 on my debit card. Its a Lloyds MasterCard if its of any help, and the browser is IE10.

I'll try to call the ticket office today, however I'm on a clients site so its not easy to make personal calls.

We swapped to a new booking system today, so apologies you're experiencing problems.
One other thing I noticed. The delivery default is Courier, which is a cost option. If you opt for normal post (no cost), it reverts back to courier after you have provided your log in details.
