was less than 100 yards from dudley police station. unfortunatly it was closed that night.
im going to put something up on facebook and see if anyone knows anything.

iv got some butterfly stitches on a cut above my eye, two shiners and a slight tear to the back of one my ears, the swellings come down remarcably compared to sunday night.

i was lucky though. if i didnt know how to protect my head when i was down it could have been my head bost not my arm.

fking crackhead chav c#nts.

im a bit slow typing as im having to use my left hand for some strange reason.
(iv still got my sense of humour, but i cant ride that off trail! lol)

cheers for the support folks.

had my proper cast fitted today, got to have an x-ray next week and if its still in position im fine but if its shifted il have to get plated and screwed.

im looking everywhere seeing if someones selling it, the fact that its a quite uncommon bike with some unusual parts should help.

worst part of this whole thing is i cant work till after xmas and s.s.p is not a lot of money this time of year.

those offers to post this on other forums are very appreciated.

he's been remanded in custard till the middle of feb so he's having porridge with his turkey this xmas.

the bad news is the break isnt healing in the right position so im off to hospital tommorrow to have it opperated on.

my scrap value is going to increase a fair bit by the sound of things!!!

after waiting a few days i finaly had surgury this afternoon.

everything seems to have gone ok and iv just got home.

my arms hurting a bit (probably lots but 2 x tramadol have taken the edge off things for now) but its a meat pain not bone pain so its not as bad as before and feels like the Ti is holding things nice and solid.

now its time to eat and have a decent cuppa!

Just an observation here but I wonder if crimes like this would decrease if manufacturers didn't smother their bikes in stickers advertising their value.
thats been my thought too.

thats why iv been looking at chinese carbon 29er frames for my next bike.
probably going to go for matte 3k finish so it doesnt stand out to the hawkeyed chavs.

this sort of thing.

i plan to have no logo's at all on the bike though.

update time.

the one scrote who got caught for the attack gave a last minute guilty plea and got a rather nice 7 1/2 year sentance.

a bloody good result and a lot more than i thought he would get.

he was a proper scumbag, 28 yrs old with 23 prior convictions and 13 previous jailings but this is a lot longer than any stretch he's had so far.

im a very happy dudleybloke!!!!!!!

amazed he didn't give up the other two for a reduction in sentence.
he said he was too scared of the others to name them.
he was localish though so chances are they are too so i'l spot them sooner or later.

still no sign of the bike though.
