Stupid dangerous overtake attempt, then the driver gets out of the vehicle and shoves the cyclist. All the usual idiocy "Pay road tax? Got insurance?"
Driver was sacked from his job and got a criminal record. At least he apologised at court.

The cyclist played a blinder. The reason the guy's face and company name is obscured is cos the cyclist researched the company and discovered the owner's a keen cyclist. He sent him the footage and asked how best to proceed. The boss called the driver in and asked for an explanation (the driver didn't know it was caught on film). The driver made up a load of old b
ks, the boss sacked him on the spot and the footage went to Johnny Law.
