So, I'm thinking of what to upgrade the Boardman Team FS when that eventually dies. I'd like an Enduro type bike, but I'd really like to support a British manufacturer (no matter how sexy a Mondraker Foxy or the like look!).

Currently I have on a 'potentials' list:
Nukeproof (Mega AM)
Orange (Alpine 160 AM)
Gary Fisher?
On One (Codine?)
Pace (RC506)
Whyte (Gravity G150)

What else am I missing? I am, however, conforming to the PH standard of looking like a shaven bear, whilst holding multiple cans of red bull, and throwing company directorships around (I think that's the right way round), so I am after something that is built for the larger/slower gent...

Thanks in advance.

Ah! Thank you - I was wondering if UK company meant UK built or not...

That now becomes a dilemma. Hopefully the Boardman holds together for a while longer then.... give more companies to go full UK.

Thanks Bobbo as well - much appreciated.

In that case it might just have to be a British company, rather than the full monty. Shame...

So much for best thoughts and wishes.... I seem to have gone to the dark side.

They are lovely things, kudos. Fairly sure you are on the correct side of advertising rules, but I'm not a mod! biggrin

Still haven't, quite a few rides including Woburn bike park, and me at 250lbs. Sorry!
