Well....

Looks like my forks are faulty.

I was initially concerned that the sag was wildly different form what would be expected at the suggested pressures. I set them up for sag and the fork blew the dust seals out. Pumped them up to the suggested PSI ignoring sag and same again.

Google search shows I'm not the only one. Something to do with negative air leaking into lowers...

Oh well!
