Do you automatically become one once hitting middle-age ? ( 35-60) or whatever the range is now..

It's certainly an odd one ... but it seems to be used loads of late, bit like Chav was used for anyone wearing a colourful hat and young ha ha.

Just did an hour in the Tuck on the Rack at just below race-pace , i reckon that would have killed off all these Mamil's LOL.

At that pain level the last thing i was bothered about was some sad case pointing out i was wearing the correct gear for my sport
