Two of my teeth can sometimes be a bit sensitive to hot and cold.

I've noticed recently in the cold weather that my teeth don't hurt while I'm out but when I return and eat / drink anything warm I'm in agony!

Latest bout is taking ages to subside!

Wonder if anyone else suffers with this / has any tips for avoiding it!

Interesting the dry mouth explanation. I go to the gym and sometimes don't have any water. When I have some afterwards it starts my teeth hurting!

I had to try not clenching my teeth in gym tonight as I think the grinding / clenching could be contributing. Maybe I do that when I'm pushing on at cycling too?

Pain like no other tho - similar to the feel and intensity of a brain freeze, but lasting about 5 mins after any hot / warm food.

My teeth aren't thebest either so there will be some existing issues at work which exercise / cold / dry mouth / clenching teeth is making worse.
