Hey,

We have B'Twin MistiGirl http://www.decathlon.co.uk/20-mistigirl-500-kids-b...
And also B'Twin Calipo http://www.decathlon.co.uk/14-calipo-kids-bike-id_...

We're going away to France, and MistiGirl for sure won't fit inside with 5 people, unless we take the wheels off.

I'd much rather carry them on the roof, next to the roof box.

But - the roof bike carriers seem to be designed to carry adult bikes (only?!).

Can you recommend some roof carriers which are more flexible, and will accomodate these smaller bikes?

Ideally, the smaller one would also go onto the roof, but we can put that inside instead.

Thanks a million

Cool, thanks for that.

I found some cheap Thule 591, supposedly very good.
I'll get them tomorrow and will have a fiddle smile

Yours were a bit more expensive.

Update.

The Thule 591 I got are suitable for 20" wheel bikes - but only just.

It happened, that the "perfect" place for the front wheel to be the same as the roof bar fitting - so I had to jiggle it a bit forward.

Fitting was fine, the T bolts are quite easy - although cutting the sealing strips and fitting them back was annoying.

All in all, lookin' good and happy.

But, the smaller bike wouldn't fit anyway, the bottom of the frame isn't suitable.
