Is Di2 worth it?

Just speccing up my new bike and tossing up between Ultegra or Ultegra Di2 for an additional £700.

Is the Di2 worth the £700 premium?

Or if I'm goun premium shodu I pay £900 to go from Ultegra to Dura Ace?

Still to have the haggle on the cost but looks like Ultegra Di2 it will be.

Now wheels; Mavic Ksyrium sls or mavic carbone sls?

Currently i'm using the ksyriums and have for the past 10 years and they've been faultless but which are better?

Going to the Manufacturers directly for a bespoke carbon frame then adding components to my spec.
