To be clear, I hate cycling nazi's that go around picking out everything on a video camera and posting it here there and everywhere. I have one on my handlebars purely for insurance or collision reasons.

I cycle 5 days a week to work, 10 mile journey each way. I don't really get many issues or certainly nothing more unusual that the average moron you get any day of the week.

Today however, on a priority bridge (my right of way), a car actually came over and clipped my right elbow. No damage really and feels a tad bruised but they didnt stop (neither did I).

First Question - I am assuming a cyclist on the road has as much right as a car on a priority bridge?

Second - Would you report this to 101 or am I just being trivial and should move on with my life...

Over to the dragons of Pistonheads. To be honest I am thinking the latter and put it down to experience.

Oh and we have pics.

Hmmm maybe not... Apparently hampshire police won't do anything anyway. As you can't see the elbow clip in the video there is no evidence of collision.

So basically in Hampshire, do whatever you want :|
