After the low turnout and controversy of the Main Event, is the scandinavian Pro-Mod entry likely to be any better at the Finals Meeting? It will also be interesting to see some of the newer UK cars, recently promised.

Pro-mod up to 17 entries with only the Olofsson and Vegter cars who entered the main event and have not yet entered for the Finals. Hopefully a few more to come once the dust settles from last weekend.

Will RG be licencing? Still a chance of a really interesting final couple of qualifying sessions. The missing swedes are still a disappointment IMO particularly Urban and the Lindbergs. Also a treat to have 4 Fuel Funny cars.

Looking at the entry for Tierp in PM it is mainly made up of swedish top doorslammer teams and only 5 I think from 32 entiries are also entered for the Finals. With very few teams looking to do the championship each event is supplemented by local teams. In the UK this means a growing additional entry with more to come, so it is not all bad.

The TMD and TMFC entries are a bit poor but I expect the Habermans will make an appearance.

Photo entry list was obviously being updated and the Dulaman car disappeared along with the 3 td's but has since been put back on.

Can't wait and hopefully we will get all 18 trying to get into the field.

All things considered a successful meeting and it must have been financially excellent for the Pod. Maybe not concrete track successful I suspect. I do have massive sympathy for those who sustained engine damage, however inevitable it is that these things happen. Onward to the National Finals and some potential highlights .....successful licensing for Pro mod and top fuel perhaps?
