Current Civic - Facelift

With the arrival of the all new CTR in 2015, will this bring along a facelift of the current extremely dull Civic range, to add in some excitement?

Anyone working close to Honda know if something is in the pipeline and confirm if January is when the new models are released?

Mum looking to replace here current Civic, the latest car is a retrograde move IMHO, so looking to see of holding out would be a good idea...
