EP3 Type-R queries

I'm considering buying an EP3 Type-R, a 2005 model, what should I be looking out for? What Milage can they do before getting troublesome? Any input would be greatly appreciated

Sorry pje, I've put a deposit down on one now.

Cosmic Grey, 2005 model, 51000 miles, FSH all dealer stamps, recently serviced with a 3 year warranty
