Intro and Civic 1.6 VTI question.

Hey all!
Im new to this forum! I also have a question. I am interested in buying a 1994 3 door o 2000 coupe Civic 1.6 VTI. Can anyone clarify few things for me? How much mpg will I get, I know that owning this car is about more then economy but I don't want it to break the bank. At what intervals does the car need servicing? its not too expencive to own and run is it? I really would like to own one! Thanks!

Thanks for the replies! I was thinking that I should get one, they seem a little on the pricey side! One in good condition for as near as makes no differenc 5K! I have a fondness for older jap cars! I have driven a Micra since 16 years old! I know lol. I tool ownership of it 2 months ago and its NEVER let us down! Never, I can only begin to imagine how much more reliable a Honda would be! mid 20s for the mpg is what I was expecting from the Civic, however its always best to ask an owner or ex owner eh! The ones on auto trader are pricey but are they worth it? hmmmmm......I will have to think about it but I rreeeeeeeaaaaaly want one! Thanks guys!
