Do type-rs lose power with age / use? How much

Hi,

after much thinking I have decided to replace my current sprint / hillclimb car with an ep3 type r (or possibly Integra). I will run in the standard class so no tuning.

There are few with less than 60k miles and most are much more.

Do they lose power as they wear?
Who would you go to for a rebuild to standard spec? How much is it likely to cost?
