Is this too much for an Accord Type R?

I have been looking on and off in the ads for Type R Accords in recent years as I really rate them, having nearly bought one in 2008 (foolishly I bought an old Impreza instead which then dropped its bottom end bearing, writing the car off). However, most of the cars that come up for sale are around £2K and look like some boy racer has modified them to death...

This one has been for sale on Autotrader for ages and seems a straight car, but the price, at £3495 is more than normal....Is it too high?
