Mugen Civic Type-RR

Despite magazine claims that the JAS racing Civic Type-R was called the Type-RR, this is the first car to be officially named "Type-RR".....




Ok, so its not actually made by Honda themselves, but still, Mugen are quite closely related back in Japan.
240bhp & 160lb/ft. 15mm lower than the JDM Civic on which its based and 66lbs lighter. They are only making 300 cars though. Sickeningly at current exchange rates the car is about £19500 on the road in Japan.

rekon your right on the UK price of the RR, however, thats only if you can get one. The car goes on sale on 13/09/ in Japan and seeing as there are only 300 you can bet they are all sold. And of course if the exchange rates change for the worse expect the price to be even higher.

If you want a white Mugen than its the non limited model for you which comes in a lovely shade of white pearl and funnily enough looks even more extreme than this one, despite being a "lower" spec....
