Yep, in a black/white Westfield turbo. Conditions made it pretty interesting! First time at Snetterton and it was great fun trying to balance the car and playing with a bit of oversteer.

Sadly, despite the cold and wet, my day was cut short just after lunch due to a heat issue! Turbo had managed to cook the crank position sensor wiring. I broke down on track and had to be towed off (sorry!). Managed to do a temporary fix and get it going again, but didn't want to risk breaking down on track again or not being able to drive the 140 miles home, so I called it a day.

Sorry your day was cut short but at least you left with your bodywork intact unlike others.

If its any consolation it didn't get much better until about 2.30-3.00pm ...Well it stopped raining heavily, still wet and cold smile

The last half an hour was great for a newbie like myself. With so few folk on track I was able to focus on taking the right line without constantly watching for faster traffic behind. Unlike my last outing at Bedford.

Well I say no traffic...
