Has anybody ever taken two cars to a track day and alternated use?
I'm assuming we pay for a car and a driver so as long as they are not out together...

Was also thinking if the track car were to brake down, could you go out in the tow car for a bit of fun?

Sounds promising then. I have emailed them to ask.

Never a problem with us, you can only drive one at a time.
:-)
As for the tow car it depends on what it was.

M5 = yes
L200 = Ha ha ha ( no )
I was just curious but it may be fun to give the X5 a quick blast smile

My question was based around doing the usual in the M3 but if the weather is nice I would give my 911 hairdresser spec C4S a quick test
