Anyone going on Sunday? Looks like it's going to be very wet... currently undecided between going in a 7 with no roof or windscreen or wimping out and taking my Boxster.

Uh oh... forecast is now for f'ing SLEET in the morning. That's not ideal.

Well, better weather than expected but very very slippery with a lot of red flags and sadly some shocking driving (black and yellow Ginetta maybe the worst in my book but there were plenty of idiots diving down the inside of every corner). Way too much time spent waiting for red flags to be cleared :-(

Oh yeah, I was following that idiot on the red flag - he was drifting (poorly) round every corner while heading for the pits.

To be fair he's identified the big issues and taken steps to sort them. Bad drivers blacklisted, new website to fix overbooking problem, and plan to have lower numbers at Silverstone in future. Plus 20% seems like a fair gesture to me.

So personally I am happy to give opentrack another chance, mistakes were made but I think Dave is doing his best to ensure they won't be repeated.
