I don't have anything against good value per se, but have noticed a correlation between driver sanity/ability and price at trackdays. My first track day at a Castle Coombe event a few years ago cost something like 80 quid for 20 minutes, with 4 abreast into the first corner. Crazy stuff.

To clarify, I didn't intend to cast aspersions about Javelin (no experience of them myself).
