AA Assessment day helpand advice

hello, help required please. I have an assessment day coming up with the AA, just wondered if anyone on hear has any advice for me to help it go smoothly?
I am qualified technician nvq3, have been for 18 yr now. Is there anything specific i need to look up,research, brush up on etc. Any decent reference websites or books i should be looking into to aid my task? I know about hours, conditions etc, not put off tho!!! thanks for any anticipated help + advice
