Never heard of Xpect! But I will check it out! I am going to be doing some cheap PT sessions on the side and 8 or 12 week plans!

I have no idea around Essex, I will continue to look around. Parking is cr*p around Fitness First Brentwood! I love that gym and had an Interview there, very smart and clean along with great staff. Some Fitness Firsts are not up to par, but this one is awesome. Thanks for your help buddy
