"Equal Opportunities Employer"

I am filling out an application form for an internal job position within my company and came accross the question:

"Company x is an equal opportunities employer. What do you do in your current role to promote equal opportunities within the workplace?"

Would "I am not a racist" suffice?

ETA - balls! just realised the 3 p's in the title!
