Appreciate any advice.

My 16 year old is finishing her GCSE's in the new year and currently looking for a work experience placement. Some companies it appears are asking for a CV even at her age.

Is there any suggested templates for a youngster to use, I have a good idea of what might be needed but know things have changed a lot since I last did mine!

In addition we have discussed sending work placement applications to many of the big organisations, from Google to RR. It might be a bit of a numbers game but I thought why not try them all.

Thanks.

I can send through a copy of my CV if you'd also like.

I applied for Mechanical Design Engineer positions as an apprentice straight out of school 3 years ago, I can only presume my CV was the main help.
YHM, thank you.

I guess they are looking for any kind of experience or interests that show she is a self starter etc.
Plenty to add, charity shops, cadets, qualified life guard etc. just need the correct formatting.
